By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 36 days caused in filing appeal. Present appeal is filed seeking enhancement of compensation. Delay is caused in filing appeal. 3.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. As such, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. On
