The learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned senior counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 submits that petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent -authorities to decide the application of the petitioner seeking consent for the manufacture of the products

In light of the above submissions the respondent authorities shall take decision upon the application of the petitioner seeking consent for manufacture of the products enumerated therein the application dated 22.04.2018 and 25.04.2018 within a period of four weeks from today. Writ petition is disposed of.
