The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are transferred at inconvenient place and against the policy. The petitioners have given applications to the Education Officer and the Chief Executive Officer. The Education Officer does not have jurisdiction to decide the same.

Mr. Aghav, learned counsel appears for the Zilla Parishad and submits that the Education Officer has not entertained the applications as there is no provision for offline applications. 3.

The Chief Executive Officer is a competent authority to take decision about the transfers. The applications are already filed by the petitioners (Exhibit-E). The Chief Executive Officer may take decision on the applications of the petitioners on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
