CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J.

DATE : 22ND NOVEMBER 2016 ORAL ORDER:

Heard Mr. B.G. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the petitioner.

(2) Cri. W.P. No. 1144 of 2016 02.

The order passed by the Family Court directing petitioner to pay Rs. 1,200/- per month to the respondent no.1 and Rs. 750/- per month to the respondent no.2 (wife & daughter of the petitioner) towards maintenance is challenged.

03.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he is getting pension of Rs. 18,459/- per month and has to maintain his parents, his second wife, his daughter, his sister-in-law and children of his deceased brother, and considering the liability of the petitioner, the amount of maintenance determined by the Family Court is high.

04.

I have gone through the impugned order. The facts recorded in the order are not disputed. The learned Judge has dealt with all the relevant aspects in paragraph Nos.14 and 15 of the impugned order and has consciously determined the amount of maintenance. 05.

I do not find any infirmity or illegality in the findings and conclusions of the Family Court. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
