This civil application has been moved by the Sansthan seeking permission for implementation of Resolution No.462 dated 03.07.2024 as regards acquisition of HIMS software at both the hospitals being run by the Sansthan and the requisite expenditure to be borne regarding maintenance.

The application is allowed. Permission is granted to implement the Resolution No.462 dated 03.07.2024 which in vernacular reads as under :

This permission shall not be construed as the legality of the decision and for the permission is being granted only in the view of interim arrangement of taking any policy decision with the leave of the Court.

It is clarified that we have not examined the sustainability or legality of the resolution and the decision taken by the ad hoc committee, and this order shall not be construed as legalizing the steps being taken.
