This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar dated 26.06.2019 dismissing the Appeal for not removing the office objections as directed herein. Since there is a delay of 41 days a prayer is made even for condoning it.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application it is allowed. The delay is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar is quashed and set aside and the Appeal is restored subject to the condition that the office objections are now removed within a period of two weeks failing which this order shall stand recalled automatically without reference to the Court.
