PER COURT :- 1.

By the order of the Registrar (Judicial), dated 13.6.2010, the Second Appeal was dismissed as against unserved respondent Nos.11A, 11C and 11D. Delay of 1178 days is caused in filing this Civil Application, praying for setting aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial)'s and for issuing notice to respondent Nos. 11A, 11C and 11D.

I have gone through the reasons set out in the Civil Application praying for condonation of delay. Proper addresses are mentioned below paragraph No.4 in the Civil Application.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned, subject to applicant's depositing costs of Rs. 1000/-, within two weeks from today, with the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad. 4.

After depositing the costs, issue notice to the respondents 11A, 11C and 11D in Second Appeal, returnable on 7.5.2015. Order of the Registrar (Judicial), dated 20.6.2010, is set aside.
