3] In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition and same is disposed of with liberty to avail alternate remedy.

4] In that event, all the contentions are kept open. 5] In case Appeal is filed by the petitioners, the authority where the appeal may be filed, shall consider the application for release of the vehicle of the petitioner preferably within one month.
