Petitioner is seeking directions against Scrutiny Committee for acceptance of the tribe certificate verification proposal to facilitate him to participate in the process of admission to medical course. It is informed that last date prescribed for submission of preference form is 2nd September, 2016. Petitioner further states that the Scrutiny Committee has refused to accept the proposal on the ground that the same has not been tendered through the educational institution where petitioner was studying. 2.

In the facts of this case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 Committee to accept the tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioner and issue acknowledgment in that regard forthwith.
