Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondentinsurance company. 2.

Having regard to the objections raised in the memo of appeal in exception to the impugned award and having considered the reasons as are assigned for withdrawal of amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) At present, the applicants no. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.

5,00,000/- and applicant nos. 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.

925-CA-11773-2018.odt (2) 50,000/- each on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, till disposal of the appeal.

iii) Hearing of the appeal is expedited.

iv) The Civil Application stands disposed of.

v) Call record and proceedings on 25.10.2018.
