Heard learned counsel for Applicant and learned counsel for Respondent.

The counsel for the Applicant submits

that the Applicant came to know about the impugned Judgment after some days of passing of the Judgment and thereafter as the Applicant was busy in his work, there has been some delay. The counsel submits that in the interest of justice, delay may be condoned. She submits that there is huge amount involved in the matter and the Applicant would suffer irreparable injury if the delay is not condoned.

The learned counsel for Respondent submits that delay is not properly explained. The Applicant should have taken urgent steps and in time if the Applicant was interested in prosecuting the Application for leave.

Considered the reasons recorded in the Application for condonation of delay. Heard counsel for both sides. In the interest of justice, delay is condoned. Criminal Application No.5503 of 2014 stands disposed of, accordingly.
