The counsel appearing for the Petitioner informs this Court that charge is already framed and though the matter was fixed for hearing on 15 occasions before the trial Court, no progress is made in the case.

The counsel appearing for both the sides submit that the parties are ready to extend full co-operation to the concerned Court for early disposal of the case.

In the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the matter, we direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamkhed to expedite hearing of Regular Criminal Case No.52 of 2013 and decide the case as early as possible, but in any case within THREE MONTHS.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on above terms.
