The applicant/original petitioner has filed this application on 14/09/2015 praying for 24 weeks extension for depositing the amount.

This Court, by its order dated 04/08/2015 had granted time to these applicants to deposit 30% of the assessed amount as directed earlier on 12/06/2013 and 70% of the residual amount within 6 (six) weeks. It is almost 5 months post the order dated 04/08/2015 that the directions have not been complied with by the applicant. khs/Jan.2016/385-d

Learned Advocate for the respondents opposes the application 4.

Considering the above, the applicants are granted extension of time upto 15/02/2016 (5 months extension from 14/09/2015) to comply with the orders of this Court, failing which this Court may initiate action against Mr.Janardan Bhaurao Gutte, Administrator of the Bank for disobedience of the order of this Court. 5.
