By the present application, the applicants seek release on bail, in the event of their arrest, in connection with C.R. No.45 of 2015, registered with police station, Bhoom, District Osmanabad, for offences punishable under sections 307, 325, 324, 323, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 read with sec. 25 of the Arms Act. 3.

It is not in dispute that by order dated 1st July, 2015, passed in Criminal Application No.3154 of 2015, has rejected the similar request of the applicants herein, which was further confirmed by the Apex Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.6278 of 2015 on 4th August, 2015.

Mr Mukhedkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, while trying to make out a case for re-consideration of the

criap5018.15 (2) present application, would urge that the applicants herein have suffered grievous injuries in the assault made by the complainant and according to him, the said fact is not taken into account by this Court and the Apex Court. He would further urge that the complainant and other accused, who were arrested in the crime registered at the behest of one of the friends/relatives of the applicants herein, are already released on bail. 5.

In my opinion, the above referred circumstances cannot be of any help to the applicants, particularly when registration of the earlier crime against the complainant and other accused at the behest of one of the friends/relatives of the applicants herein, were very much available before this Court and the Apex Court while refusing pre-arrest bail to the present applicants.
