The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have supplied sugarcane to respondent no.4 in the year 2016, the amount is not yet paid to the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners may approach the Commissioner of Sugar with their grievance. The Commissioner of Sugar shall consider the grievance of the petitioners and take decision upon it after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within six months from the date the petitioners file the application.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
