OCTOBER 24, 2024 ORDER :- This is an application by original respondent nos.2 to 4 in the main Writ Petition, for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10 Lakhs deposited by the petitioner in this petition by virtue of the order dated 25.01.2023.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicants (original respondent nos.2 to 4) and learned counsel for the original petitioner. Learned counsel for the original petitioner objects the application. 3.

The main petition filed by the non-applicant is against the demand notice dated 14.01.2023, issued by the original respondent nos.2 and 3 to pay the property tax.

We see no impediment in permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10 Lakhs deposited in this court by the original petitioner, along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing regular undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
