The application is filed for condonation of delay of 853 days caused in filing the application for grant of leave to file appeal against acquittal. Other side is served. Both the sides are heard.

In view of the contents of the application, this Court holds that delay deserves to be condoned. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
