We have considered the submission of the learned advocate for the respective sides for quite sometime.

The petitioner is agreeable to tender a fresh proposal in the light of the rejection of the earlier proposal dated 18.10.2021 by the Deputy Director Education, Aurangabad Division, on account of certain deficiencies.

The learned A.G.P. submits that if a fresh proposal, complete in all respects, is tendered

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

Let the petitioner file a fresh proposal, complete in all respects, within 15 days. On receipt of the same, respondent no.2 would consider the said proposal on its own merits, on or before 30.12.2022.
