The appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable

Cri.Appln_2791_2019 under Section 302 and 404 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the learned APP is strongly opposing the application, taking into consideration the duration of the delay for the reasons stated in the application the delay stands condoned.
