The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have made construction beyond the building permission granted by the Municipal Corporation. They have been served, but have not appeared.

Since the dispute involves enquiry into the disputed facts, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Municipal Corporation with whatever grievance he has and the respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.
