Perused the papers submitted by the counsel for the complainant and the papers produced by the learned A.P.P.. The role attributed to the applicant No.4 Vimal @ Sunita Gautam Patil is not serious and nothing is to be recovered and discovered from her. The facts have been discussed in the order dated 15.09.2022. Considering the role attributed to the applicant No.4 Vimal @ Sunita Gautam Patil, she deserves anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application of applicant No. 4 Vimal @ Sunita Gautam Patil is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant No.4 Vimal @ Sunita Gautam Patil by the order dated 15.09.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

iii) For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No. 3186 of 2022 is allowed.
