Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With the consent of the parties, heard finally at the admission stage. 2.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner impugns the order dated 02.12.2022 passed by the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee by which the caste claim of the petitioner alongwith other three persons from the same family has been invalidated. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the order passed by this Court in Batch of Writ Petitions including Writ Petition No. 5048 of 2024 dated 17.03.2025 in the case of Sachin Dnyanoba Adatrao vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others. After hearing and taking into consideration the material placed on record, this Court have allowed those Writ Petitions, by setting aside the impugned order therein.

The learned A.G.P neither dispute the above fact nor the relationship of the petitioner with those validity holders. 4.

Therefore, this Court finds that the same course can be adopted in this Writ Petition. Hence, we pass the following order :

ORDER

A) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

B) The impugned order dated 02.12.2022 passed by the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set-aside.

C) The Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee shall issue tribe validity certificate of 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe to the petitioner forthwith. The validity certificate shall be subject to the outcome of reverification proposed to be undertaken by the Scrutiny Committee.

D) The petitioner shall not claim any equity.

E) Rule is made absolute in above terms.
