[2] Mrs. R.K. Ladda, Assistant Public Prosecutor waives service of notice for the Respondent - the State.

[3] The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Special Case (ACB) No.6/2010 dated 26th August, 2015 for the offences punishable under Section/s Section/s 7, 13(1)(d) punishable under Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for two years and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/- and in default to undergo further Rigorous Imprisonment for two months is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the Appeal and his release on bail.

[5] Considering the short term of sentence awarded to the present Applicant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. The Applicant - Ashish s/o Madhavrao Kore be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. [6] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. [7] Criminal Application is disposed of.
