1) Heard both sides for some time. It appears that Chalisgaon Police has filed "B" Summary report in CR No.44/2013. The proceeding is filed by the original complainant. But no order as such is made by the learned Magistrate on the "B" summary report. In view of the circumstances it is desirable to see as to what order the Magistrate passes on the "B" summary report. The

2 Cr WP 1181/2014 Magistrate is to see that some order is made on the "B" summary report which was filed long back and such order is to be made within one month from today. Registrar Judicial to send copy of this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2) The petition is disposed of as the order if any made by the Magistrate can be challenged in Sessions Court. Interim relief granted by this Court in this proceeding is to continue for one week.
