This application is for restoration of Civil Application (Stamp) No. 4755/2021 which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. The conditional order was passed on 01.07.2024 directing the applicant to remove office objections. In case of non removal of office objections, the application stood dismissed without further reference to the Court. Now, there is delay of 31 days caused in filing this application.
