Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the victim. 2.

Two months before, a conditional bail was granted to the applicant. The condition was that till conclusion of the trial, he should not enter Village Salegaon and further condition was that he would not seek relaxation of this condition unless the circumstances permit.

Just after two months, he came before the Court seeking the relaxation of the condition that he has 17 buffaloes and nobody is there to look after the buffaloes. This was the situation on that day when the conditions were imposed. The conditions were consciously
