Mr D. D. Pokharkar, learned counsel submits that respondent No. 1 has engaged new advocate namely; Mr. Sunil Koli, who has filed appearance for respondent No. 1. On oral request, Mr. D. D. Pokharkar, learned counsel is discharged from the present matter. Office to make necessary changes in the computer record. 2.

The parties have filed compromise terms. All the parties are present before me along with their advocates. Respondents No. 2 & 3, the real sisters, agree before me that they are giving up their

2 Sr994SA804.2018 share in the lands as well as compensation. The appellants and respondents agree to share the compensation and land equally. 3.

Registrar (Judicial) has also verified the terms. It is voluntary and legal. Hence, the compromise terms are accepted. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked "X'" for identification. The Second Appeal is allowed in terms of compromise terms "X" and disposed of as such. The decree be drawn up as per the compromise terms. The parties shall bear their own costs. The parties to take steps towards payment of stamp duty & registration, if required, as per law.

In view of disposal of main appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the connected Civil Application No. 12100 of 2018 and same stands disposed of.
