The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe since respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee has invalidated the petitioners' claim. They are before us. 2.

This Court vide judgment and order dated 20.12.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 6181/2024 granted the petitioners' cousins conditional validity certificates.

We, therefore, grant the petitioners similar order.

ORDER

i.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.

Respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue the petitioners validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

The validity certificates to be issued to the petitioners shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. iv.
