The learned Counsel submits that the respondents be directed to issue the transfer certificate and the passing certificate.

It is submitted that the applicant has paid the full fees.

In addition to the directions under order dated 28.10.2020 in Writ Petition No. 6635

2 ca 1099.2021 of 2020, the respondents may also issue the passing certificate to the applicant, however, the degree certificate shall not be issued. The applicant shall also not be entitled to take the benefit of reservation unless and until the petitioner secures validity certificate of his tribe claim.

Review Application with civil application is disposed of.
