The present civil application is filed for modification of the order. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had never applied for appointment as Peon, however the application was to appoint her as per the qualification. The applicant possesses the qualification to be appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher.

Mr. Veer, learned counsel for respondents no.3 and 4 submits that, on the date when

2 ca 10149.19 application was given, the applicant was only 12th passed. The order does not require any modification.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader.

It appears from the applications filed, that the petitioner had applied to the institution to be appointed on compassionate ground as per the qualification on the vacant post.

In light of the above, in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 27.03.2019, instead of the word "Peon" the same should be read "per her qualification". In last line of paragraph no. 5 of the said order, instead of the word "Peon", "Assistant Teacher" following words be substituted "as per her qualification".

Civil Application is disposed of.
