1] Present PIL is filed seeking writ of quo-warranto against the respondent no.7. Mr.Awate, learned counsel submits that now the respondent no.7 has resigned from the said post and is no longer working on the said post. 2] In view of above statement, the relief claimed in the PIL does not survive and as such the PIL is disposed of.

3] As the relief claimed has become infructuous, the amount deposited by the petitioners be refunded back to the petitioners.
