The learned Counsel submits that in view of the Government Resolution dated 8th March, 2019, the petitioner Institution will be entitled for two posts in science faculty. The petitioner has applied to the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Beed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with the respondent No. 3 (page 33) then, the respondent No. 3 shall with his recommendation forward the same to

2 23-WP-10483-19 the respondent No. 2 within a period of two months. The respondent No. 2, on receipt of the said proposal, shall take decision on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
