1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The petitioners state that the compensation that is paid to them is on the lower side and not commensurate with the damage caused. Whereas, according to the respondents, the compensation with regard to the crop insurance has been paid as is admissible.

3] It is not possible in the writ jurisdiction of this

WP 12491/15 - 2 - Court to embark upon the investigation of the disputed questions of fact.
