The original claimant No. 1 in MACP No. 121 of 2016 has filed this application for permission to withdraw compensation amount of Rs. 6,54,000/- with accrued interest there on.

I have gone through the award. Out of total Rs. 8,54,000/-, only Rs. 2,00,000/- are awarded to the Claimant Nos. 2 and 3 and rest of the amount is to be

ca13938.18 paid to claimant No. 1. The Tribunal has also directed to invest 50% amount of the share of Claimant No. 1 in fixed deposit. Therefore, considering these circumstances, permission is granted to the applicant No. 1 to withdraw only 2,00,000/- out of deposited amount with proportionate interest thereon, subject to filing of written undertaking in this Court, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.

Undertaking shall be filed within three weeks from the date of passing of this order. 4.

Remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit till final disposal of the appeal.

Civil application is disposed of.
