By the present application, the applicant seeks release on bail, in the event of his arrest, in connection with C.R. No.I-312 of 2015, registered with Parner police station, for offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only accusation against the applicant is that he has given loan to the concerned persons, who were not within the territorial jurisdiction/area of operation of the Bank. For the said accusation, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 4.
By an order dated 15th September, 2015, this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant. The applicant has not misused liberty granted to him.

In view of above, the interim protection granted to the applicant deserves to be confirmed. Hence, I pass following order :- In the event of arrest of applicant no.2 Machindra s/o Kisanrao Waral, in connection with C.R. No.I-312 of 2015, registered with Parner police station, for offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant no.2 shall attend the concerned police station, initially for two days, between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called for by the Investigating Officer.
