The petitioner is once again before this Court seeking direction that his caste claim pending before the respondent no.4/Caste Scrutiny Committee be decided. This Court by an order dated 14.11.2024 in Writ Petition No.11871 of 2024 had already directed the respondent no.4/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of nine months. It is an admitted fact that pursuant to the said direction, the caste claim of the petitioner has not been decided within the time stipulated. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for respondent no.4 makes a grievance that despite the fact that the petitioner was called for participation in the proceedings, he has not co-operated with the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

Be that as it may, by way of last indulgence, we direct respondent no.4/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date on which the petitioner will respond to the vigilance cell report. 4.
