The order of payment of maintenance is questioned in the present petition, which is circulated today before this Court, by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner.

On 4th December, 2014, this Court ordered notice to the respondent. The party is served. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned time and again. 3.

When the matter was listed lastly before this Court on 10th September, 2015, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner was

criwp1185.14 (2) absent and matter was thereafter posted for dismissal. The earlier order depicts that the matter is time and again adjourned at the behest of the petitioner.

Today, when called upon, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner is not ready to work out the matter. There is no other option before this Court to dismiss the petition.

As such, writ petition stands dismissed.
