Order dated 24.07.2024, granting tenancy certificate in favour of the respondent no.2 was challenged by the present petitioners by filing appeal before the learned Deputy Collector.

The learned Deputy Collector, Beed has vide order dated 13.08.2024 granted stay to the said order dated 24.07.2024 till final disposal of the appeal. This interim order dated 13.08.2024 was challenged by the respondent by filing revision before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. 3.
The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal vide order dated 19.08.2024, granted stay to the interim order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the Deputy Collector, Beed.

Present petition arises out of the said interim order dated 19.08.2024, passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.

The Advocates representing rival parties state that appeal before Deputy Collector is pending. They jointly submit that the Appellate Authority be directed to dispose of the appeal finally rather than going into merits of the matter. 6.
The joint request made is fair and reasonable. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal No. dz.2024/ lkekU;/dqG/vfiy/dkfo- 419 as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 31.12.2025.

Parties shall appear before the learned Appellate Authority on 11.08.2025, for which separate notice will not be issued. Interim order dated 09.09.2024, granted by this Court, shall operate till the disposal of the appeal by the learned Deputy Collector.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
