PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 has tendered across bar copy of affidavit in reply on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. It is stated in the said affidavit in reply that, regular salary from 1st June, 2015 is being paid to the petitioner. The payment of salary arrears for the period 1st April, 2014 to 30th May, 2015 is unpaid, as due to there was no vacant post available under the Zilla Parishad during the said period.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 submits that, within two weeks from today, the said respondents will file proposal for sanction/approval and for disbursement of the funds, so as to enable them to make payment towards the arrears of salary of the petitioner for the period 1st April, 2014 to 30th May, 2015. 3.

In the light of the statement made in the affidavit in reply and across the bar, the Petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to complete entire process right from sanction/approval and disbursement of unpaid salary to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from today.
