Learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that the only modification which is prayed in the order dated 4th August, 2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Criminal Appeal No. 50 of 2016 is that the amount
(2) of Rs. 2,50,000/- as ordered to be deposit as a part of compensation be in two equal installments. 2.
Learned Counsel for petitioner would urge that the amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- will be deposited in next week and balance amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- will be deposited by 30th September, 2016. The said statement is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is personally present in the Court. 3.
As order is innocuous and same is not likely to cause prejudice to respondent No. 2, this Court has not issued notice to him and disposed of the petition by accepting above submissions as an undertaking for and by the petitioner, who is personally present before this Court and who is identified by the learned Counsel.

The order dated 4th August, 2016, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur, in Criminal Appeal No. 50 of 2016 stands modified to the above extent.

As such, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
