The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is selected in the Navodaya School and she has to submit the caste certificate within 15 days. The application is filed by the petitioner before the Sub-Divisional Officer for issuance of caste certificate on 01.10.2021.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that the grandfather and the real uncle of the petitioner are issued with the caste certificates.

Mr. Dhongade, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 3 and 4.

Considering the urgency in the matter, the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer with whom the application is pending shall decide the application of the petitioner on it's own merits, in accordance with law preferably within ten (10) days.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
