The Petitioner's father died on 21.07.2009. The Petitioner's date of birth is 14.02.1998. He became 18 years of age on 14.02.2016. He was appointed on compassionate basis. The appointment order has already been issued and the proposal is pending with Respondent No.3 seeking approval to his appointment on compassionate basis.

We leave it to the Authorities to decide the fate of the said proposal on it's own merits. Let such decision be arrived at within 60 days from today.
