There is innocuous prayer in the Petition in as much as the petitioner seeks directions to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide his application dated 6th July, 2018 (Exhibit-D/Page 41 of the Petition).

We direct Respondent No.2 to take decision on the said application, if already not taken, on its own merits, and keeping in view the record maintained by the Respondent office as expeditiously as

Needless to observe that if the petitioner is found to be entitled for disbursement of compensation amount, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from taking such decision.
