The learned A.P.P., on instructions from the investigating officer who is personally present in the court, submits that on 30.11.2021 crime No. 173 of 2021 came to be registered with Nashirabad police station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147 r/w 34 of I.P.C. against (1) Petras Gaikwad, Jail Superintendent, (2) Jitendra Mali, Jail Circle Officer, (3) Anna Kakad, Jail Police, (4) Aravind Patil, Jail Police and

(5) Datta Khot, Jail Police. Learned A.P.P. has placed on record the copy of F.I.R. Copy of the said F.I.R. is also given to the counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the purpose of filing of this writ petition is over. He thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.
