Mrs. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 10.02.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.1051/2003 is not complied with by the respondents. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that Demand Draft of Rs.2,50,000/- is handed over today to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that remaining amount of Rs.54,341/- will be paid within a period of three weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of above, the Contempt petition is disposed of.
