The learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 has tendered, across Bar, additional affidavit in reply. Same is taken on record.

In the light of averments made in the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent no.3 and, in particular, paras 9 and 11 thereof, the petitioner seeks permission to approach respondent no.3 seeking review of its order / communication dated 17-06-2015, wherein the petitioner is prohibited from admitting the students for B.Ed. course. If the petitioner approaches respondent no.3 - University, in the light of the subsequent facts / events disclosed in the affidavit in reply of respondent no.3, respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, on or before 28th September 2015. 4.
