PER COURT :- 1) It is pointed out that the writ petition in respect of recording of mutation entries relating to the subject land is pending consideration before this Court, and as such, the authorities below have not yet passed any order in respect of conversion of the user of the land for non agricultural purposes. 2) In view of the pendency of the dispute in relation to the subject property in the High Court, we do not deem it appropriate to issue the directions as prayed for in this writ petition.
