This petition has been filed for a limited direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously, considering the fact that the petitioners desire to take admission to a professional course.

We are informed that, as on today, the cases of the petitioners are pending at the stage of vigilance cell enquiry. The report of Vigilance Cell will have to be submitted, to which the petitioners will respond, and thereafter the claims will be taken up for final hearing before the Committee.

Learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the stage of the proceedings before the Scrutiny Committee, we direct that the petitioners' claims be decided at the earliest possible, considering the urgency in the matter. 5.

The Vigilance Cell Officer shall endeavor to complete the enquiry and submit the report to the Scrutiny Committee at the earliest. 6.
