The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon is pending since 2013 (page-19), the same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Addl. G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon (page 19) is pending, then respondent no.2 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
