1] By the abovesaid two applications, the applicants pray for condonation of delay of 71 days and for leave to add the legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos.4A-1 and 4A-2.

2] Learned Advocates for the non-applicants oppose the

CAs 10130/14 & 8846/15 in WP 7637/13 - 2 - said applications.

3] For the reasons set out in the applications, same are allowed and delay being minor stands condoned. The applicants - petitioners shall bring the L.Rs. of the deceased respondent nos.4A-1 and 4A-2 on record in the writ petition within a period of three weeks from today. 4] Learned Advocates for the L.Rs. of the deceased respondents waive service in the writ petition.
